About Robin Palmer
Robin (Boudreau) Palmer performed leading roles in Broadway Musicals for fifteen years. Some favorites include playing Linda Ronstadt's little sister in The Pirates of Penzance with Kevin Kline, co-starring opposite David Cassidy in Joesph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and singing "Memory" in CATS, in addition to other roles.
Robin's passion for fitness led her to pursue her second career. She became a personal trainer with Town Sports International, where she trained her way up the fitness ladder to the position of a top "Master Trainer."
Mrs. Palmer now has a family and a typical, hectic lifestyle. She kept wishing for an affordable personal trainer to motivate her to wake up and work out each morning, before the day's schedule started. "Necessity is the mother of invention!"
